You can use the self-help options which will allow you to correct the problems with your log-on.
Use the 1st Option to get your User ID and the 2nd Option to reset your password:
Option 1:   If you are unsure or forgot your User ID, launch the FORGOT USER ID link.
Enter the required fields and submit. Your User ID will be sent to your email address on file.
Option 2:   If you forgot your password or are having issues with your password, select the FORGOT PASSWORD link.
When the new window opens, enter the required fields, then submit. An ACCESS link will be sent to your email address on file.
In the email is the ACCESS link which is active for 24 hours and can only be used once. Launch it and the CHANGE PASSWORD
page is opened.
Enter your new password according to the rules noted below and submit.
Enter password that is 8-12 characters long.
Password Rules: Must contain 1 number (0-9), 1 uppercase letter (A-Z), and 1 lowercase letter (a-z), special characters are optional. Do not include spaces. Please do not use sensitive information, such as your social security number, account number, or driver license number, etc. as your password.
